“Villaverde presents a striking architectural statement amid the Fagagna landscape; its modern design houses a surprisingly comprehensive wellness center, complete with an indoor pool and Technogym-equipped gym. The golf course is clearly a draw, but I think the overall setting and convenient access to nearby towns like Udine and Palmanova make it a balanced choice. It's a solid base for exploring the region.”
